Currently in development by multimedia creator Comet Moth, Rabbit Circle is a psychological horror game that centers on a group of runaway girls. The heroines, united by their shared solitude, find comfort in one another, yet are ultimately compelled to confront the physical manifestations of their past traumas.

The protagonist of Rabbit Circle is Alexia, a solitary girl who is brought to an abandoned church by her schoolmates against her wishes. Over time, she comes to accept that the church offers a more welcoming environment than her own home. With no adults to cause trouble, the group continues their club activities, which revolve around a stuffed rabbit they affectionately call their “Prophet.” As Alexia begins to find joy and learns more about her friends, she discovers that each carries a similar sense of loneliness, deepening their bond as an unconventional family.

However, the situation is far from what it appears, and players soon delve into the manifested traumas of each girl. Death is a recurring theme in Rabbit Circle, with the primary objective being to replay these events multiple times in order to alter the ending and save as many characters as possible.

With an estimated playtime of two hours, Rabbit Circle stands out for its hand-drawn pastel visuals, surreal collage-like settings, and emotionally resonant (though somber) narrative. The developers have confirmed that the English version will launch at the same time as the Japanese release.

Rabbit Circle is currently in development for Windows and macOS (Steam).
