The slice-of-life anime Tetsuryo! meet with Tetsudo Musume reveals its second trailer
The original project about train fans will debut on TV in October.
Japan’s undeniable fascination with the railway system has added a new gem to its catalog. The production committee behind the original anime Tetsuryo! meet with Tetsudo Musume released a stunning second promotional video to officially confirm that this unique project will air on Japanese television during the coveted October season. The trailer also gave us a taste of the ending theme “Watashi Miraisen,” performed by the idol group Tetsuryo Club, which consists of the four main actresses of the series.

For those unfamiliar with this successful multimedia franchise, the concept originates from a large project launched by TOMYTEC in 2005, which creates charming fictional girls working in real uniforms for various railway companies across Japan. The animated plot closely follows four university students who form a school club to travel the country meeting these iconic employees. To ensure technical quality, the studio East Fish Studio entrusted general direction to Misuzu Hoshino, while scripts and narrative structure are being directly supervised by Aya Satsuki. All this is enhanced by the impeccable character designs by illustrator Hisanori Hashimoto.
