The popular and unmistakable singer Ado surprised the entire community this Thursday by officially premiering the music video for her new single titled «Monstruo», a powerful track with racing themes that serves as the main theme for the highly anticipated live-action adaptation of the successful sports manga Blue Lock, whose release in Japanese cinemas is scheduled for this Friday, 7 August.

Going beyond her usual style, the release marks a long-awaited milestone for fans, as it’s the first time Ado has included Spanish lyrics in one of her official tracks. The artist admitted she had been interested in Latin music and the language for a long time and expressed her extreme happiness to release this single, adding her strong desire to give a live concert for her Spanish-speaking audience as soon as possible. Musically, the song features the masterful composition and arrangements by the dynamic duo Giga and TeddyLoid, mentors behind hits like «Odo» and «Show», with lyrics written by ryo of supercell and an eye-catching cover illustrated by artist LAM.

The title «Monstruo» perfectly aligns with the original work’s central philosophy, reflecting the concept of awakening an inner beast and fiercely competing to surpass anyone in the way, just like the young strikers seeking to become the world’s best in the story of Blue Lock.
