During a special FamitsuTUBE livestream held on August 18, SpiralAI revealed that the launch of RyzaChat: AI Your Midsummer Dream Story with AI Ryza (unofficial translation) has been delayed. Studio CEO Yuichi Sasaki explained that the postponement was necessary to grant the team additional time to “further strengthen its server infrastructure,” as the game saw an unexpectedly large volume of pre-registrations following its announcement earlier in the month.
RyzaChat: AI is an upcoming AI Chat RPG co-developed with Koei Tecmo’s Gust studio. The title’s primary feature is its RPG mode, where players converse with Reisalin “Ryza” Stout to advance through a free-scenario-style narrative. After finishing a brief tutorial on Kurken Island, the full world map becomes accessible, offering multiple locations to explore and personalized quests derived from conversations with Ryza, such as battles, Synthesis, and resource gathering. A separate Chat mode is also included for casual one-on-one interactions.

Alongside the release delay, the livestream provided further details about the game. Regarding monetization, RyzaChat: AI employs a subscription-based approach utilizing “conversation tokens” and provides various tier options.
The game was initially scheduled to launch on August 18, coinciding with the livestream. Although no new release date was announced, Sasaki kindly requested fans to remain patient for “just a little longer.”
RyzaChat: AI Your Midsummer Dream Story with AI Ryza is in development for iOS and Android platforms.
