Many of us have felt overwhelmed by adult life and the urge to cry in public, but doing so in front of strangers is awkward. To solve this, Japanese creator Happa introduced an accessory on Omocoro that lets you shed huge, anime-style tears without causing discomfort.

The idea came from the need to cry absurdly without looking sad. The first prototype was a ring with oversized plastic tears, but it was bulky. Happa later created a lightweight, foldable fabric version that lets anyone wear it in public while eating or running, releasing emotions without alarming others.

Omocoro is a Japanese humor site known for absurd inventions. Happa previously gained fame there for creations like oversized nails, a violin for phone calls, and rose-shaped bread for jogging.
