Following its triumphant 3.5 anniversary festivities, Goddess of Victory: Nikke has now surpassed $1.3 billion USD in worldwide cumulative earnings (source: Inven). Data from Sensor Tower, released on May 15, reveals that Japanese players contribute the largest share of the game’s revenue, a remarkable 48.3%. This is trailed by South Korea at 19% and the U.S.A. at 17.3%.
The game has accumulated over 20 million downloads globally and secured the top spot on both the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store in Japan for five straight days (April 30 to May 4). It also held the number one position in Korea’s mobile stores for seven days (April 23 – 26, April 28 – 30), marking the first time Nikke maintained such sustained popularity since its 2022 debut.
Beyond in-game rewards and new content, the game’s international advertising efforts have proven highly effective at attracting new players. In Japan, numerous Nikke billboards appeared at the bustling Shibuya Scramble Crossing (the game also claimed second place in total mobile game brand ad impressions on April 25). A Nikke promotional clip was showcased on South Korea’s Namsan Seoul Tower, while a “Global Commander Cheering Campaign” video lit up New York’s Times Square in the U.S. The official Nikke website also saw record-high traffic due to an ongoing character popularity contest.

Nikke’s daily revenue growth spiked by 140% when its 3.5 anniversary event launched and the awaited over-spec Nikke, Anis: Star debuted on April 23. Although this was lower than previous anniversary boosts, the release of the over-spec Nikke, Neon: Vision Eye the next week nearly doubled the event’s initial daily earnings. Currently, the game holds the 18th spot in cumulative revenue among all anime-styled gacha titles.
