For those harboring a niche fantasy of managing a vampire-themed gay bar, there’s a game that might just fulfill that desire. Sodomy Fatale (yes, that’s its actual title) is a “cozy” vampire gay bar management simulation crafted by solo developer Jamsanpoid, the mind behind the chaotic dating-sim From Madness With Love. The title has launched in early access on Steam starting May 15, with a full release anticipated sometime in Q2 of 2026.
The narrative centers on Alec, an effervescent vampire who oversees the gay bar “Sodomy Fatale,” and his serendipitous meeting with Inis, an amnesiac multipurpose robot. Rescued by Alec from a derelict junkyard with no place to call home, Inis finds employment at the bar out of necessity. Alongside part-timer Elena, the robot learns about “human” connections by eavesdropping on the tales shared by Sodomy Fatale’s patrons.
Characterized as a “laid-back story brimming with flavor yet smooth to experience,” Sodomy Fatale challenges players to concoct original blood-based beverages (Hematels) and serve patrons drinks tailored to their preferences. Mastering the business allows for interactions with VIP guests, propelling the story forward. The game also lets you craft a custom playlist for background music while preparing bloody cocktails, and the bar’s interior design is fully customizable.
Though Sodomy Fatale is marketed as an adult game, its Steam store page clarifies that aside from mild mature themes—including depictions of homosexuality, smoking, alcohol, and blood—the title does not feature explicit sexual content.
Sodomy Fatale is currently available in Early Access for PC (Steam). Please note that the game is exclusively in Japanese at present.
