Japanese man completes One Punch Man challenge for 3 years, physical change is out of this world
A 44-year-old YouTuber proved Saitamaβs routine works, achieving a spectacular physique after over a thousand days of continuous suffering.

Any anime fan knows the secret behind Saitamaβs absolute strength: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and running 10 kilometers daily. Though in the world of One Punch Man this sounds like a running joke about basic routines, in real life itβs an absolutely destructive regimen. Despite warnings, a 44-year-old Japanese YouTuber known as Tasuke decided to take fiction very seriously. After three long years following this routine without missing a single day, he just proved in video that the bald heroβs training can transform you into a completely different person.
Thousand days of genuine physical torture
When Tasuke started this challenge on April 21, 2023, he was an average office worker of 41 years, weighed almost 75 kilograms, and had the classic midlife belly. Initially, the experience was total hell. The content creator admitted he could barely run and collapsed several times trying to finish strength exercises. However, his discipline was off the charts. No excuses; neither heavy rains, work trips, nor painful burst blisters on his feet could stop him. After passing the six-month mark, his body already showed spectacular definition. By his third anniversary, Tasuke had shattered his own goals: dropped to 62 kilograms, sculpted an iron abs, ran full marathons under four hours, and even survived an ultramarathon.

The cost of not letting the body rest
The reveal of his current physique left the internet community stunned. Thousands of users applauded his unwavering will, calling him an absolutely based individual for achieving such a transformation from home without stepping into a gym. To celebrate his victory, he updated his channel name adding the nickname “Mature Street Hero in Training” and promised to repeat the routine as many times as the likes his final video received.
However, the comments section also filled with valid medical warnings. Several fitness enthusiasts pointed out that high-intensity exercise daily without muscle rest is a recipe for serious injuries. Additionally, some criticized that at 1.75 meters tall, weighing just 62 kilograms bordered on extreme thinness. Despite the debate over whether itβs healthy or dangerous for joints, no one can deny the immense mental power required for this challenge.
Knowing the extreme wear of running 10 kilometers daily and the discipline needed to not fail for three straight years, would you dare to attempt the legendary Saitama training for a month, or prefer to keep your knees safe and stick to more conventional routines?
