The agency detailed a list of serious behaviors detected online. These include spreading fake photos of talents, editing images to create malicious statements, spreading unconfirmed rumors, and direct harassment of singers and staff. They also condemned those who invent personal stances to criticize the artists’ reputation.

To stop this mass harassment, the company confirmed it is working closely with police and lawyers. For digital attacks, they will formally request the disclosure of sender data, a legal process that requires internet providers to reveal the physical address, full name, and phone number of those responsible to bring them to justice. They also enabled a special form for fans to report malicious posts and help gather evidence.

Ado is one of Japan’s most important contemporary singers, known for iconic anime songs like those from One Piece Film Red and for keeping her physical identity completely anonymous. During live performances and concerts, she sings hidden behind silhouettes or special structures to protect her privacy. This strong legal stance by her agency comes days after controversies during the INKIGAYO LIVE event in Tokyo, where she faced criticism over camera restrictions and lack of a joint stage farewell.
