Indie developer Piisu has launched a Steam demo for Fish Them All!, an incremental fishing action game where players can catch over 100 million fish. The demo will be accessible throughout the October Steam Next Fest, running from October 19 to 26.

The gameplay centers on catching fish to accumulate funds. These funds can then be spent on acquiring skills that enhance your fishing capabilities, enabling you to catch even more fish. Upgrades include improvements to your fishing boat, such as enlarging your fishing pole’s hook size and boosting boat movement speed, as well as special abilities like deploying drones and UFOs that automatically gather fish. As you advance, your catches will escalate from 10 to 100 or even 1,000 fish per session.

Beyond fish, the game features teleporting sea urchins, swift squid, and massive sharks among its diverse marine life. The seabed is also littered with treasures to gather, which can yield as much or even more money than fishing. Each fishing session lasts only 1 minute, making it convenient for quick gameplay. You can expect to complete the game in about 4-5 hours.

The demo offers approximately the first 30 to 40 minutes of the full game, allowing players to experience the gameplay loop. Several skills are available, such as a Diver skill that summons a diver to assist in catching fish and an Explosion skill that disperses schools of fish.

If you decide to try the demo, you can share your feedback on the dedicated discussion board in the Fish Them All! Steam Community. Player input will be utilized to refine and enhance the game before its official release.

Fish Them All is currently in development for Windows, macOS, SteamOS, and Linux (Steam). A free demo is available until October 26.
