After four years of waiting for a sequel, the golden-armored knight finally returns to action. This saturday, the official website of Skeleton Knight in Another World (Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu) confirmed that its long-awaited second season will premiere on Japanese television next July. The announcement brought a complete package of reveals: a new official trailer, an unpublished promotional image, and a glimpse at the new characters who will cross paths with Arc.

A new adventure in a fantasy world requires a cast worthy of its intricate factions. The production has added top-tier voice actors to its ranks. This sequel brings some interesting changes behind the scenes. The project is now under the direction of Katsumi Ono at Aura Studio. The technical team is complemented by veterans Toshizou Nemoto handling composition and scripts, and Tooru Imanishi perfecting the character designs to adapt them to the intense action sequences that characterize this successful light novel by author Ennki Hakari.
