Spike Chunsoft, a prominent Japanese publisher, revealed that Danganronpa 2×2 is set to debut on January 14, 2027.
Super Danganronpa 2×2 serves as a remake of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, which was the second entry in the franchise and initially launched on the PSP back in 2012. The upcoming title not only revitalizes the original narrative but also introduces a fresh scenario under the guidance of Kazutaka Kodaka, complete with entirely new culprits, victims, and murder mechanics.
Danganronpa 2×2 is slated for a January 14, 2027, release across Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam/Epic Games Store).
