Ex-Uruha Rushia Takes Detractors to Court, But Internet Doesn’t Forget
The controversial content creator started legal proceedings against her detractors, sparking a fierce debate about her own harassment history.
The drama in the VTuber community never rests, and this time things escalated directly to the courts. Mikeneko, the content creator many remember for her explosive time as Uruha Rushia, just dropped a brutal warning. She got tired of insults on social media and anonymous forums, and has already gotten authorities to accept her criminal complaints. Currently, the cases of 11 haters are already on prosecutors’ desks to face defamation charges.
Zero Tolerance and a Relentless Legal Hunt
Through her networks, the independent VTuber made it clear she will have no mercy. She explained that several of these cases have already advanced to the point where the accused are receiving official notifications from prosecutors. And to leave no doubt about her position, she launched a quite blunt message: “I won’t forgive them at all!”. Mikeneko assures she is specifically tracking people who post comments twisting facts to tarnish her public image, making it clear that her legal team will continue to request the disclosure of IPs and personal data without exception.

The Internet Doesn’t Forget: The Shadow of Hypocrisy
As expected, the otaku community exploded with divided reactions. While her most loyal fans applaud her for defending herself against toxicity, much of the internet was quick to bring up the creator’s dirty laundry. Many find it ironic that she now plays the victim, when a few years ago she was sued for exactly the same thing. Mikeneko was exposed using anonymous forums to falsely accuse her ex-husband of domestic violence and killing her cat. An extreme level of defamation that destroyed reputations.
Mocking comments weren’t long in coming. One user joked that Mikeneko’s lawyer must be so bored building roller coasters in some PokΓ©mon game while waiting for cases to advance, alluding to how slow these processes are in Japan and the extremely low actual conviction rate for online comments. Since her tumultuous departure from her former agency in 2022, this content creator’s life has been a roller coaster of controversies, reminding us that in the world of streaming, your internet history always catches up with you.
