During the special broadcast hololive Next 2026.9.7, Cover Corporation in collaboration with Kadokawa surprised the community by officially announcing the production of the first TV anime starring members of Hololive Production.

This ambitious adaptation represents one of the most important pillars heading toward the agency’s tenth anniversary celebration, marking a natural evolution after nine years dominating digital entertainment. Unlike the short animations or music videos the group has presented in the past, this production will bring the creators’ charisma to a full TV series format, aiming to capture their distinct personalities with top quality.

The animation for this project will be handled by Studio KAI, an animation studio that knows the company’s universe perfectly after having previously collaborated on various music videos and official content for the group. For now, the production remains shrouded in mystery under the provisional code Odeholo, without revealing its final title, promotional image, or plot details yet.

To solve the mystery behind this code word, the production confirmed a one-hour special broadcast where the complete information about the project will be revealed. This special program will feature Momosuzu Nene, Omaru Polka, Yukihana Lamy, and Shishiro Botan, with Shirakami Fubuki and Ookami Mio as the main hosts of the presentation.
