Intense battles, supernatural powers, and the boldest reward on television are far from over. During a special event dedicated to the second season of the anime Chained Soldier (Mato Seihei no Slave), it was officially confirmed that the third season of the animated adaptation is already in production. The news came with an announcement promotional video, an official image, and special artwork by character designer Keiya Nakano to celebrate with the community.

The story created by Takahiro (author of the acclaimed Akame ga Kill!) and illustrated by Yohei Takemura is set in a Japan where portals to a dangerous parallel dimension known as Mato have appeared. In this hostile world live the fearsome Shuki, but also special peaches that grant exclusive supernatural abilities to women. The plot follows Yuki Wakura, a young man trapped in this dimension and rescued by Kyoka Uzen, captain of the Seventh Antidemon Corps. To unlock his true combat potential, Kyoka turns Yuki into her servant via a pact that requires him to provide highly intimate rewards and raise the tone level with each victory.

A franchise solidifying its screen success

After the debut of its first season early in 2024, animated by studio Seven Arcs, the franchise improved in its second installment aired in January 2026, which featured twelve episodes directed by Masafumi Tamura at Passione and Hayabusa Film studios. With the original manga surpassing twenty-one compiled volumes since its 2019 launch, the story has plenty of material to continue entertaining fans of the ecchi and fantasy action genre.
