Inspired by the Cygames title honoring real-life historical horses, this fan became the owner of a filly named Jax Belle. After months of training, the horse was entered for its official debut on July 25, 2025, at Uttoxeter racecourse in the UK.

Unfortunately, reality proved harsher than the game. While waiting in the paddock, Jax Belle was kicked by another horse, injuring a leg. Despite the pain, she started strong, placing fourth to sixth early on.

The adrenaline couldn’t hide the injury. The jockey noticed her gait was erratic and slowed her down to avoid serious damage. Though she finished last, she crossed the line. After the race, vets and the owner gave her several weeks of rest.
