viviON, the parent company behind Japanese content platform DLsite, revealed on May 8 that it would be introducing a fresh indie publishing label called viviON Lab. Additionally, it was announced that Moon Princess and 7 Days To Think About It would serve as the inaugural titles under this new label.

viviON stated that throughout fiscal year 2026, the firm will concentrate on bolstering its game-related operations, with intentions to launch various game-centric projects and initiatives. The establishment of viviON Lab marks the company’s first foray into indie publishing.

Moon Princess is a Wuxia-inspired “daughter-raising sim with martial arts” RPG crafted by Chinese developer Egg Hatcher. Similar to the developer’s praised title Volcano Princess, Moon Princess challenges players to raise their daughter. Through training, combat, exploration, and management, the heroine’s life and fate can diverge into over 50 possible career conclusions and more than 20 distinct relationship outcomes.

7 Days To Think About It is a psychological horror developed by Italy-based solo creator silver978 and Mankind Games. Beginning with the protagonist’s feeling of being “stuck in life,” the story sees them become literally trapped at home. Overthinking whether to accept an invitation from friends, the player spends seven days deciding. However, each day, the furniture in the house rearranges randomly, requiring the player to “remember” the correct layout.

Beyond these two titles, the label is already in talks and preparing to expand its lineup. viviON explained that viviON Lab isn’t confined to a specific theme or concept, aiming to distribute a wide array of diverse indie games globally. This means they will consider new titles regardless of team size, origin, or genre. Given that their first two games hail from Chinese and Italian developers, viviON Lab appears set to engage with a broader spectrum of works than those previously published by DLSite.

Moon Princess is scheduled for release in 2026 on PC (Steam). 7 Days To Think About It is arriving soon on PC (Steam), with a playable demo already available.
