The indie studio Tin Bird has made available a complimentary demo for their forthcoming cyberpunk adventure, All Our Broken Parts. This demo encompasses the initial chapter of the game and can be experienced in approximately 1.5 hours (though it remains unclear if progress from the demo will transfer to the full version).

Taking place in a desolate world where humanity has vanished without a trace (a fitting backdrop for a cyberpunk narrative), All Our Broken Parts casts you as the robotic physician Ruth. Following a medical mishap that compels her to move to a modest clinic on the city’s periphery, Ruth finds herself caring for malfunctioning robots suffering from various ailments. These range from an artistic unit with impaired visual sensors, to a bartender robot that has lost its sense of taste, a delivery bot running on an antiquated engine, and a sales robot stuck in an endless loop of jokes.
Equipped with your trusty stethowire and screwdrivers, you’ll diagnose, disassemble, and fix each robot by tackling a series of minigames. As you tend to them and make consequential dialogue choices, you influence the destinies of your patients and yourself.

All Our Broken Parts is a story-centric experience, where the tales of each robot and Ruth unfold as you advance. The game also reveals hidden truths about the world, including the origins of the robots and the fate of humanity. The complete game includes five robot patients and is expected to last around 6-8 hours.

All Our Broken Parts is currently in development for Windows (Steam). A free demo featuring the first chapter is available now. The developers have noted that the demo’s localization may not be perfect and are open to any feedback.
