Japanese game label Ultranova Entertainment, under the umbrella of Suiseisha, has revealed the upcoming 3D romance action-adventure game Blue Bite, slated for release on Steam and consoles during Winter 2026.
Blue Bite centers around protagonist Tsuzuru Chigusa, a young man unexpectedly transported to a realm populated exclusively by women. As the sole male inhabitant, Tsuzuru is tasked by a goddess with healing the women of this world from a baffling condition known as Blue Bite. This affliction, which impairs womenβs vital functions and has pushed the populace to the brink of annihilation, can only be remedied through Tsuzuruβs unique massage techniques.

The game introduces six heroines with whom players can forge relationships while working against the clock to save their lives. Gameplay is divided between an Adventure Mode and a Mission Mode. Adventure Mode involves engaging with the heroines through dialogues, where player choices influence affinity levels and the ultimate ending.
Mission Mode tasks players with exploring a 3D town to accomplish various objectives, such as finding and treating those suffering from Blue Bite. The game boasts 100 hours of voiced dialogue and a multi-ending system.

Blue Bite is crafted by Suiseisha, a publisher known for its labels focusing on seinen and ladiesβ (BL) content. The game carries suggestive elements, with warnings for revealing costumes and suggestive illustrations and voice performances. On X, the developers have officially announced that the gameβs production costs exceed 100 million yen.
Blue Bite is set to launch on PC (Steam) and consoles in Winter 2026.
