SiNiSiStar2, the latest installment in developer Uu’s gothic action JRPG series, launched on May 16 exclusively for Steam. Published by Sanuk and Eroge Japan, the game has already earned a “Very Positive” rating on the platform, accumulating over 800 reviews as of now.
As an all-ages, censored version of the original NSFW game, which debuted in 2025 on DLSite, fans are particularly anticipating the complimentary 18+ patch being offered by the publishers through their official website.
According to Eroge Japan’s spokesperson, Piro (via Game*Spark), the overwhelming demand for the patch caused the website’s servers to crash temporarily. However, the site has since been restored, allowing interested players to access the more mature and intense content of SiNiSiStar2.
For newcomers to the series, SiNiSiStar2 centers on Sister Lelia and Sister Hanya, who embark on a sacred quest to vanquish the eldritch evil plaguing the land of Arsezons. Players traverse swamps, caves, and deserted villages across this cursed realm, all rendered in a striking mix of 2D pixel art and 3D elements, engaging in both melee and magic-based combat against its horrors.
SiNiSistar2 is now available on PC via DLSite and Steam, supporting English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The 18+ patch is obtainable from the Eroge Japan site.
