Greetings, fellow explorers! This is the Elin State of the Game editorial team.

We’d like to share Elin-related updates that have been submitted from across Ylva this month as well.

This is the April edition of “Elin State of the Game,” released on Nyan Nyan Day (the 22nd), as always. Amidst the lively crowds enjoying the pleasant weather, a sense of unease lingers.

This Nyanth’s Update

Check it all out!

Last month, numerous new races appeared in North Tyris. You may notice unfamiliar figures in the streets, fields, and festival grounds.
Meanwhile, it appears that mysterious potions have started circulating discreetly.
(For details on all updates, see Ylvapedia)

Mommy!

This information comes from an unknown adventurer. It seems a new potion has been concocted at a bakery in Mysilia that induces a baby-like state, both physically and mentally.
We went to investigate, but the adventurer we were supposed to meet was nowhere to be found. The only person present at the bakery was the owner, a matron, soothing a baby.
The bakery is modest in appearance, but we’d like to recommend it as a hidden treasure.

New Item: “Party Formation Board”

Good news for adventurers traveling in large parties! With the Party Formation Board, you can now instantly summon pre-registered party members.
You can switch between multiple parties or gather your regular members after solo missions in an instant.

Monster Sighting Warning

This is a warning from the Mysilia Immigration Bureau. Recently, a werewolf—a monster that mimics humans and attacks—has been spotted among the growing number of beast-human immigrants in North Tyris.
There have also been reports of attackers targeting unsuspecting victims at random and individuals acting strangely while scattering money. Please remain vigilant even within town.

Notice

As is customary every month, we’re showcasing illustrations by Elin artist NZ. This time, we’re presenting seven mini-illustrations for Steam achievements that our editorial team has secretly obtained.
The two illustrations on the left are the ones actually used for Willow’s pie. It’s fascinating to see the experimentation that went into the appearance and ingredients of the pie that Ashland praises so highly.

Official Music Introduction ~ Palmia Records

Next up is a composition by Elin musician NINO.
The piece we’re introducing today is the hymn “Horome of Moonshadow.” Please listen attentively, envisioning the sorrowful yet beautiful figure of the goddess dancing beneath the moonlight.

Hi, it’s NINO!
Horome of Moonshadow’s hymn was a song that Horome sang alone beneath a cherry tree on a moonlit night, to mourn Yufu, in the torment of having slain him, and with the sword that had taken his life beside her.
It reached her followers, was sung and passed down, and when everyone had forgotten Yufu, that song eventually became Horome of Moonshadow’s hymn.

This piece is composed in a way that you can actually play it on the piano, and sheet music is available. Adventurers confident in their musical abilities should definitely give it a try!
