Living a thousand years is meaningless if not lived well. That’s exactly what the protagonist of Tensei Elf decides, and now the isekai anime adaptation of Monsho Sakakibara has revealed its first details: ASMIK Ace unveiled the teaser, promotional image, main cast, and production team, with a premiere scheduled for 2027.

The teaser and promotional image offer the first official look at the series’ world and characters, hinting at a story marked by encounters and farewells over an extraordinarily long life. The announcement was made by ASMIK Ace on June 18, confirming the project is moving forward with a defined team toward its debut next year.

Tensei Elf (The Reincarnated Elf Left on a Journey to Master His Magic and With His Extra Lifespan Became a Living Legend) is a light novel by Monsho Sakakibara with illustrations by Hatori Kyoka. It began as a web novel in 2021 before receiving its first printed volume in 2022. The kanco manga adaptation has six compiled volumes, with the sixth scheduled for June 26. The story follows a man whose ordinary life ends abruptly in an accident.
