Greetings, fellow adventurers! We are the Elin State of the Game editorial team.
We’d like to share Elin-related updates that have been sent in from all over Ylva this month as well.
This is the May edition of “Elin State of the Game,” released on Nyan Nyan Day (the 22nd), as usual. New green leaves are sprouting in North Tyris – is it summer already?

This Nyanth’s Update
Check it all out!
Last month, numerous new items were uncovered in North Tyris. Exploring Nefia and the towns might lead to unexpected discoveries.
Also, a “new type” of Big Daddy has reportedly been identified. Exercise extreme caution when confronting it.
(For details on all updates, see Ylvapedia)
A close-range type has been completed?
A new close-range type has been spotted among the Big Daddies that roam Nefia and the fields as if guarding something.
Occasionally, you might encounter two Big Daddies on the same floor, but if one becomes aggressive, the other will strike simultaneously!
It’s wise to be watchful of your surroundings before engaging them.

Crowbar
Good news for brawny adventurers who dislike lockpicking!
The versatile item “Crowbar” has arrived, capable of instantly forcing open any treasure chest. While the contents may not remain undamaged, it will prove useful when forced entry is necessary.
It should be simple to craft if you possess a “Handyman’s Table.”

This land is a giant treasure island
What adventurer wouldn’t be delighted to learn that new treasures have been unearthed?
Reports indicate previously undocumented items obtained from monsters in Nefia!
This Flying Nimbus can also function like a minecart, though it produces a light, springy sound when ridden. Racing around the base is sure to be exhilarating!

Items from a Foreign School
There have been reports of sightings of new items beyond those obtainable from monsters. Here’s one example.
This is a swimsuit for schoolchildren, used in a distant foreign land. It provides minimal protection, but it seems perfect for water sports.
But some of the items in the image don’t resemble swimsuits at all…?

New “Floor Decor” tile added
A new type of tile, “Floor Decor,” has been introduced, enabling you to elevate your base building.
By placing them atop the floor, you can create features like curbs for paths and flowerbed borders. Though small, they can significantly enhance your map’s appearance depending on placement.

Rumors of the “Unseen Hand”
In the city of North Tyris, a random attacker disguised as a resident occasionally causes trouble. While hazardous, it’s within the guards’ control.
However, rumors of an “Unseen Hand” that silently approaches and eliminates its targets in darkness have persisted for ages. Is “he” human? Does he even exist?
The mysterious deaths occurring during the Festival of the Dead in Port Kapul are also whispered to be the work of the Unseen Hand.
