Canadian multimedia entertainment studio Moment Factory and Japanese real estate firm Mitsui Fudosan have recently unveiled a long-term collaboration aimed at “delivering innovative fan experiences.” A current initiative involves a partnership with The Pokémon Company International, fusing “interactive technology and innovative storytelling” to immerse audiences in the world of Pokémon

While specifics remain limited, Moment Factory promises that the experience will unite fans and enable them to “step into the role” of a Pokémon Trainer through distinctive means. The project is slated to travel to select global destinations, beginning in Europe during Spring 2027.

This marks the second collaboration between Moment Factory and Mitsui Fudosan, following their creation of the well-received Light Cycles showcase at the Kyoto Botanical Gardens for its centennial celebration (see the video below for a glimpse). The organizations note they are “currently exploring a pipeline of innovative projects that will continue to blend technology, art, and iconic intellectual properties.”

The Pokémon Company International’s head of media production Andy Gose offered remarks regarding the upcoming venture:

“People around the world are always eager to experience the world of Pokémon in new and meaningful ways. We are excited to see the joy it will bring to Trainers and the passion and adventure that unites the community.”

Additional details about the experience will be disclosed as its launch date approaches.
